AJ Holmes: Yeah, But Not Right Now

Date: 1-25 August (off 12)
Time: 4.30pm
Venue: Underbelly Cowgate

After five years touring with The Book Of Mormon as Elder Cunningham on Broadway and The West End, AJ Holmes brings his new solo show to the Edinburgh Fringe. Yeah, But Not Right Now is about the struggle to form a strong sense of self and even, quite possibly… grow up. Cheaper than therapy (and with a lot more songs!), AJ navigates through reality and fantasy, attempting to piece together where it all went wrong. (Or right. He’s not sure yet.) Mostly he’s just happy you’re here to listen. But please, hold your applause. You’ll only enable him

AJ worked in the writer’s room for season 21 of South Park, and is a frequent collaborator of Team StarKid, playing piano and co-composing, A Very Potter Musical, alongside Darren Criss.

★★★★★ ‘Out-and-out sensational’ The Daily Telegraph

★★★★★ ‘A puerile clown’ Sydney Morning Herald

★★★★½ ‘Absolutely hysterical’ Daily Review
